Student Success Workshop
Dates for the next "Fearful to Fruitful" workshop will be announced soon! Do you want to succeed in college and grow in your Catholic faith?
You will network with like-minded college students and learn valuable skills that you can use every day. The workshop will help you grow in self-awareness, reduce thoughts that hold you back (fear, anxiety, self-doubt, etc.) and develop better habits for your educational and spiritual journey.
Space is limited! Participants must be 18 years old by the first day of the workshop to participate.

What makes Catholic Mindset Coaching different?
Secular mindset coaching uses similar cognitive behavioral coaching methods, but its effectiveness is limited by the view that human's brains are the source of change. As Catholics, we know we must rely on God and His Grace to know Truth and to pursue the Good (God). Catholic coaching consistently invites the Holy Spirit into our coaching sessions to strengthen our intellect, inform our will, and lead us to lives of beatitude. The richness of our faith gives us so many resources to help us live holy lives on earth. We will explore how to tap into a variety of Catholic practices.
Why do you love to work with college students and their families?
My life-long career in higher education has been devoted to helping college students gain skills for academic and personal success in college and beyond. Catholic coaching is the "secret sauce" that can turn a messy collegiate journey into a Christ-centered, ordered, and purposeful experience. I'm thrilled to offer coaching that gives you practical steps to stay on track and mindful of God's love for you.
Is your coaching virtual or in person?
I provide online coaching to keep it affordable and accessible for students across North America. I offer occasional in-person coaching retreats in the central Florida area. I am also available for in-person coaching workshops, programs or keynote presentations. Contact me for more information.
I have never done coaching before. What kind of transformations can I expect through coaching?
Catholic mindset coaching helps you tap into a transformation from the inside out. As Romans 12:2 reminds us: "Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect." As you grow in self-awareness and increase your God-given capacity to reason, you will be able to use your Christian virtues (prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance) to live a happy, healthy, and holy life.
